I hired Meta Cankrien from Covers Wonen to rent out my property in Utrecht, which I had bought as an investment. Meta was always professional and responsive, and the rental process was quick. My apartment was never vacant between tenants, and I never had issues with the tenants she screened. Also the interactions with the team at Covers Wonen were always professional. After a few years, I decided to sell the apartment and hired Meta again. The sale was just as smooth and efficient.
